Cocoons

Earrings, rings and pendants in sterling silver and/or 14K gold, the Cocoons series evolved from an exhibition on transformation/re-evaluation. Shapes cut from real cocoons are treated and cast to construct the pieces. Elements from the silk-making process are embedded in layers of resin, making each piece unique.

With resin jewellery, colours will vary according to the elements that are embedded. Colour choices are: yellowish, gold, tan, brown, creamy white. For rings, any of the shapes shown can be made in any of the above colours.

Sterling silver chains are 18” to 30” (457mm to 762mm) and are included in the price of the pendants, so you can choose the appropriate length. Rings are sized to order.
